Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at their appointment. After this time, the session and deposit will be forfeited. If you miss your appointment without canceling 24 hours prior, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you will receive a 15% discount when booking your next session.
