Cancellation Policy

To ensure your event is captured smoothly and professionally, please review the following guidelines: 📍 Travel & Location Fee Event bookings may include an additional travel fee depending on the distance and location. This will be discussed in advance and included in your final quote. ⏰ Booking Time All event coverage is booked by the hour. Please be mindful of your start and end time. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate, subject to availability. 👥 Guest Count Events with more than 80 guests may require an assistant or second shooter, which will be quoted separately depending on the event type and coverage needs. 📷 Final Images You will receive a curated selection of high-quality, edited images delivered via online gallery. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks after the event date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. 💬 Communication All important details (location, time, contact person, schedule, etc.) must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Please make sure a point of contact is available during the event for coordination if needed. 📅 Deposit & Cancellation A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 5 days of the event may be subject to partial payment of the total package. 💡 Creative Direction While I do my best to capture every special moment, I cannot guarantee coverage of every guest or specific moment unless previously discussed. A shot list or key moments list is welcome and appreciated!
